General Orders
Online orders must be placed by Wednesdays at noon to be delivered/picked up that same Friday-Sunday, depending on your selected time slot.
Due to the perishable nature of our orders, all food product sales are final. However, a refund may be issued if there is a problem with your order. In this case, please contact us at lightlanebakeshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with your name, order number, details about your order, and relevant images.
Large Custom Orders
Any cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event date for a full refund. Any orders cancelled 48 to 72 hours before the event date will not be refunded.
FAQs
Yes! Our cookies and brownies can be made gluten-free upon request. However, please be aware that we work in a kitchen that handles various ingredients. While we will do our best to accommodate, we are unable to guarantee absolute freedom from cross-contamination.

Instead of using ultra-processed white and brown sugar, our recipes feature organic coconut sugar, organic raw cane sugar, maple syrup, and other minimally processed sweeteners.
Do you cater to large events?
Yes, you can place a large custom order here.
Do you ship?
We do not at this time but we’re working to include this service in the near future.
What if I need to change my delivery time slot?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your original delivery time slot and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
